AGIBytes is an independent publication. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI lab, model maker, or technology company we cover. Company and product names appearing on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only for identification, news reporting, and commentary.

2. License to use the Site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial viewing, subject to these Terms. Automated access to the machine-readable resources we intentionally publish (JSON data files, markdown mirrors, feeds, llms.txt) is permitted at reasonable request rates. You may not overload the Site or attempt unauthorized access.

3. Content disclaimer

News, directories, guides, and commentary are provided for general information only. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose. AI model capabilities, availability, licenses, and pricing change frequently — always verify current details with official sources before relying on them.

4. User conduct

You agree not to use the Site to violate law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, or interfere with the Site's operation or other users.

The Site currently displays no advertising. If ads or affiliate links are added in the future, they will be disclosed per our Affiliate & Advertising Disclosure.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time.

13. Miscellaneous

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
